This website, https://ankitneerav.com, is operated by Offbeat Culture Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). Ankit Neerav is a brand of Offbeat Culture Private Limited. We are the data fiduciary responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

What we collect

Information you give us:

• Contact form: your name, email address and the message you send.
• Newsletter and updates: your first name and email address, if you sign up.
• Purchases: when you buy a membership, program or event seat (such as H.O.M.E, Mastery, Transcend or Inspire X), our checkout and payment partners collect your name, email, phone number and billing details. Card, UPI and bank details are processed by the payment partner and are never stored by us.
• Applications: if you apply for an invitation-only program such as Inspire X, the answers you submit in your application.
• Emails and messages: anything you send us at support.explosiveincomeclub@gmail.com or on WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser, device type, the pages you visit and how you arrived (including campaign tags like utm_source).

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as health, financial account or biometric information. Please do not send it to us unless a program specifically asks for it and you choose to share it.

How we use it

• To deliver the memberships, programs, events and free resources you ask for, and to give you access to them.
• To answer your questions and recommend the program that fits you.
• To follow up with you on WhatsApp or email when you have asked us to, or shared your number for that purpose.
• To send updates you subscribed to. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To understand which pages and campaigns lead to purchases, so we can improve the site.
• To process payments, prevent fraud, keep records required by law, and handle refunds and complaints.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or make a purchase, and for legitimate uses permitted by law (such as fulfilling a purchase you made). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that already happened.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under obligations to protect it and use it only for our instructions:

• Website hosting and content delivery providers.
• Checkout, payment gateway and course-delivery platforms.
• Email and newsletter delivery services.
• Workflow automation and spreadsheet tools used by our team to manage enquiries.
• Event venues and travel partners, only where needed for an in-person event or retreat you have joined.
• Professional advisers, and government or law enforcement authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments, and on transfers permitted under Indian law.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for: newsletter data until you unsubscribe, enquiry and lead data for up to 24 months after your last interaction, and purchase records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to team members who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a personal data breach where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
• Correct, complete or update your data.
• Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
• Withdraw your consent, or stop marketing messages (unsubscribe links work instantly).
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

Children

Our products and this website are meant for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use only what the site needs to work and to understand basic usage, such as campaign tags on links to our checkout pages. Third-party pages you visit from our links (such as checkout, YouTube or Instagram) have their own cookie and privacy policies.
