About us and these terms

This website, https://ankitneerav.com, is operated by Offbeat Culture Private Limited, Sahakar Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Ankit Neerav is a brand of Offbeat Culture Private Limited. These terms apply to your use of the website and to every membership, program and event you buy from us, including on our checkout pages.

By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The details you give at checkout must be accurate and your own.

Our products

We offer digital and in-person programs across Mind, Body, Wealth and Relationship, including the H.O.M.E monthly membership with live online sessions, the Mastery 12-month live programs (individually or as the Mastery Stack), the Transcend annual in-person event, and Inspire X, an invitation-only two-year cohort with offline retreats.

Each product page describes what is included. We may improve, update or reorganise program content over time; doing so will not take away the core of what you paid for.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). Where a price is marked GST-inclusive, the tax is already included.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. Their terms apply to the payment itself, and we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your purchase is complete once payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if a price was displayed in clear error or if we suspect fraud.

Membership and recurring billing

H.O.M.E is a monthly membership. By joining, you authorise a recurring charge every month at the price shown when you joined, until you cancel.

• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges; you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
• We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for a month that has already been charged, as set out in the Refund Policy.
• If the membership price changes, we will tell you before it applies to your next billing month.

Events and retreats

Transcend and the Inspire X retreats are held in person. Dates and venues are announced in advance and may change for reasons outside our control; if an event is moved, your seat carries over to the new date. Unless a product page says otherwise, travel and accommodation are your own responsibility and are not included in the price. Admission to Inspire X is by application and is at our discretion.

Your licence to use the content

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use it for your own learning and growth.

You may not share your login or files, resell, redistribute, publicly post, record or re-publish the programs, sessions, videos or community content, or present them as your own. We may suspend access, without refund, if these terms are broken.

Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our programs, including text, frameworks, videos, designs, graphics, logos and the Ankit Neerav name, belongs to Offbeat Culture Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.

Results disclaimer

Our programs are education and personal-growth programs. They are not a job, an investment scheme or a promise of income, and they are not medical or therapeutic treatment. Any results mentioned, including Ankit’s own experiences and member stories, describe individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results depend on your effort, circumstances and many factors outside our control.

Nothing we publish is financial, legal, tax, medical or professional advice. Take independent advice before making decisions that affect your money, health or career.

Using the site and community

Please do not misuse the site or our community: no unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam content, no attempts to break security, scrape the site at scale or interfere with other members. We may remove content or members who break these rules.

Third-party links and services

The site links to services we do not control, such as checkout platforms, YouTube and Instagram. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

We provide the website and programs “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business), and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses caused by your breach of these terms, including sharing or reselling our content.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any concern with you directly through the contact below. If that fails, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer to approach a consumer commission.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with its “Last updated” date, applies to purchases made after that date.
